Is Huatulco the same as Puerto Escondido or Mazunte?+
No. Huatulco cruise calls dock at Santa Cruz in Bahías de Huatulco. Puerto Escondido and Mazunte are separate Pacific destinations — not the schedule-port identity.
Does the ship dock in Huatulco?+
Yes. Cruise calls dock at Santa Cruz pier. This is not a tender port. We show berth only when the official source names it.
Is Salina Cruz the cruise destination?+
No. ASIPONA Salina Cruz is the port authority that publishes operational movement data for Huatulco. Your guest destination remains Santa Cruz / Huatulco.
Do you offer instant online booking?+
No. We use enquire-to-book. You send ship date and guest details; we confirm partner supply and timing by email. No payment is taken at enquiry.
Are the prices on product pages final?+
Listed retail figures are a guide only. Reconfirm when you enquire — partner rates and inclusions can change.
Where is the ship schedule?+
Partial official 2026 operational ship/date/time rows from ASIPONA Salina Cruz (Movimiento operativo de cruceros, Huatulco on datos.gob.mx). This is not a full-year marketing calendar. Berth notes only when the source names them. 2027 and 2028 are on HOLD. Find my cruise can use published 2026 rows or your printed date and hours.
Do you recommend private bay or yacht days by default?+
No. Those products are long-call only. We never auto-recommend them when hours ashore are unknown or too short.
Do you guarantee return to the ship?+
No. We plan with dock return buffers in mind and confirm timing when we reply, but we do not invent a numeric buffer or claim a guaranteed return-to-ship.
